I founded Geseron Employment Consulting Ltd. (GEC) in 2016 with a clear belief: people deserve thoughtful, practical career support at every stage of their working life. Today, our national virtual team helps individuals, employers, insurers and vocational partners navigate career transitions, job search, skills development, vocational assessment, and workplace retention.
At GEC, we bring compassion and accountability together. We meet people where they are, take their circumstances seriously and help them move forward with purpose. Our work is varied and meaningful, and it asks us to stay curious about people, workplaces and a changing labour market.
I’m proud of the team we’re building and the difference we make alongside the people we support.
