Profile Text
I’m an award-winning Career Development Professional with over two decades of experience supporting individuals of all abilities and backgrounds navigate career transitions, develop job readiness, and succeed in the workplace.
As a Certified Career Strategist (CCS) and Certified Résumé Strategist (CRS) through Career Professionals of Canada, I offer practical, results-oriented guidance that empowers both individuals and teams. I’ve been honoured with the Outstanding Career Professional Award in 2016 and 2023, reflecting my long-standing commitment to quality service and professional integrity.
Throughout my career—spanning non-profits, post-secondary institutions, and private practice—I’ve supported job seekers at every stage and worked with organizations to improve employment outcomes, onboarding practices, and workplace learning.
My approach is strengths-based, respectful, and solution-focused. I build trusted relationships with clients, employers, and community partners to create opportunities that are realistic, sustainable, and aligned with individual and organizational goals.
As a TESL Canada-certified English Language Instructor, I have provided ESL and workplace communication training in post-secondary institutions (universities and colleges), private academies, and vocational settings. This supports both newcomers and professionals in developing confidence and clarity in job interviews and on the job.
In addition to direct service, I contribute to the field through published work featured by Career Professionals of Canada, CareerWise, Contact 360, and Euroguidance Malta, writing on topics such as career resilience, job development, resume strategy, and supporting diverse clients in today’s workforce.
I’m open to consulting opportunities, writing collaborations, and partnerships that enhance career development, workplace communication, and effective hiring strategies.
